Our Team

About Steve and Bek Deal - We love Jesus. We're not perfect by a long stretch. We love leading people into experiences with God, whether it’s leading 3 people in worship in our living room or many thousands in our church home of the past 4 years at Sandals in California, we love to invite the Lord into a space and get out of the way so that Jesus is the one being glorified and he gets to do what he wants to do. 

We’ve been at it for a long time and have seen 35 church plants up close over the years, the good, the bad and the ugly. Our aim is to make it as simple, beautiful and  uncomplicated as possible. We're not into building a busy church that sucks the life out of people but want people to flow in God's unforced rhythms of grace. We  can’t wait to see what God does at Bloom Co as we begin gathering together.
